Green & purple texture

Green & purple textured vintage fabric lampshade.

30cm diameter x 20 cm height.

I believe the fabric used for this lampshade to be 1950’s or 1960’s in origin. It has a light grey background with green & yellow & purple & yellow leaf patterns & decorative swirls. It has a soft slightly brushed texture.

This lampshade is on a simple white backing. As this fabric is woven & quite thick the effect is different when a bulb is switched on. Please see the photos.

i have also added a photo of the pattern if the lampshade was to be used on a pendant fitting. Each direction is pretty.
